Yes. You can purchase tickets online and print them at home or show them on your phone at the door. No person will be allowed entry without a verified ticket. Adults - $10 Children (5-18) - $5 Free for children 4 & under

All parking at the event is FREE!

Yes, there will be specific tickets for Saturday and specific tickets for Sunday. All attendees over 2 years of age must have a ticket.

Since you have purchased your tickets online, you get to SKIP THE LINE! Just print your tickets at home, bring them with you to the event. You may also show your tickets on your smartphone.

Yes, you may. When you leave, ask one of the attendants at the Entrance/Exit to stamp your hand so that you may come back in.

No. We do not provide wheelchairs at the event.

There is no food sold at the actual event. However the King of Prussia Mall has a food court as well as many restaurants.

Yes, there is an ATM at the event.

Purchase admission tickets in advance to save time. Don’t forget your camera. (There are many great opportunities to take your holiday greeting card picture at the event.) Be prepared to spend at least two hours at the event.

Our rescue partners will bring animals for viewing and possible adoption.

Pets are not allowed inside the King of Prussia Mall. However, service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome.

Yes, and all proceeds from the sale of each tree will be donated to the local animal rescues and shelters. All trees will be on sale on a first come first serve basis. There are no refunds on any of these items. For availability and to purchase please visit PHestivaL of Trees website, www.phestivaloftrees.com/buy-a-tree The sale of the trees begins on Friday, December 2nd at 10am and will continue through Monday, December 5th at 10:00pm. Trees must be picked up from the King of Prussia Mall on Monday, December 5th and Tuesday, December 6th, from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

PHestivaL of Trees is taking precautions to assure the event goes on as scheduled. If there should be something that is beyond our control and the event is totally canceled, refunds will be provided. Otherwise, since it is an event to raise funds for local animal shelters and rescues, all ticket sales are final and there is a no refund policy should the event be held.

Yes, there are restrooms at PHestivaL of Trees

We will follow the state and township guidelines regarding masks and crowd limitations. We will update the requirements as the event draws closer.

Trees must be picked up at the King of Prussia Mall on Monday, December 5th and Tuesday, December 6th. Trees will be wrapped and ready to be transported with all decorations still on the tree. A large SUV, van, or truck is necessary for you to transport the tree to your location. A representative will be on hand to assist in loading. We will wrap the tree in the best way possible to fit it in your vehicle. We typically shrink wrap your tree very tightly, with all the ornaments and lights still attached. If you would rather take some of the ornaments off, you are welcome to bring some bags or boxes for you to package them. Make sure to bring rope or bungee cords when you pick up your tree, as we won’t have any on hand.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By attending the PHestivaL of Trees you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. Help keep each other safe and healthy.
